Our podiatrists put in about 10 years in education, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to achieve a Bachelors Degree, and the second 4 years in Medical School to have a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School corresponds to regular medical school and as a matter of fact several podiatry programmes are located within these institutions. After securing a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 to 3 years.

At the finalization of the internship or residency, our Podiatric doctors have received wide-ranging medical instruction with an attention to on problems concerning the ankles and feet. They are educated to manage issues extending from usual ailments for instance, fungal and ingrown toe nails, to those which are far more intricate such as clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
