Dr.’s at The Foot Institute – Grande Prairie focus on the surgical and medical treatment of the ankle and foot. At the finalization of the internship or post degree residency, our Podiatric doctors have obtained extensive medical training with an emphasis on complications regarding the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are taught to manage complications varying from normal ailments such as ingrown and fungal toenails, to those which are even more puzzling for example, clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot. Our physicians have extensive surgical instruction which give them the expertise vital to perform surgical treatment on those troubles that are ideally managed through surgical intervention.

Our Doctors also have a thorough practical knowledge and understanding of biomechanics, which is the study of the forces which the feet and legs receive as we walk, run or perform other activities.
