Our doctors spend around a decade in higher education, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to obtain a Bachelors Degree, and the following 4 years in Medical School to get a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School corresponds to usual medical school and as a matter of fact a number of podiatry programs are located within these academic institutions. After procuring a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for yet another one to three years.

At the completion of the internship or residency, our Doctors have received significant medical training with an emphasis on complications regarding the ankles and feet.
