They put in about ten years in higher education, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to receive a Bachelors Degree, and the following four years in Medical School to obtain a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to general medical school and in reality various podiatry programs are contained within these academic institutions. After obtaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for another one to three years.

At the conclusion of the internship or residency, our Doctors have obtained significant health care education with a main focus on difficulties concerning the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are qualified to care for complications stretching from familiar afflictions for instance fungal and ingrown toe nails, to those which are much more perplexing including clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
