At the finalization of the internship or residency, our Doctors have obtained wide-ranging medical instruction with an importance on concerns involving the ankles and feet. They are educated to treat issues ranging from standard ailments for instance ingrown and fungal toe nails, to those which are far more perplexing for example clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot. Our physicians have substantial surgical training which supply them the expertise needed to execute surgical treatment on those conditions that are ideally treated through surgical intervention.

Foot Institute Doctors likewise have a thorough expertise and understanding of biomechanics, which is the study of the forces which the legs and feet submit to as we walk, run or carry out other tasks. Knowing biomechanics and gait problems enables a Podiatrist to create shoes and orthotics that can provide pain relief and protect against a large number of conditions which the feet typically encounter.
