After achieving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional one to three years.

Our Doctors furthermore have a comprehensive expertise and understanding of biomechanics, which is the study of the forces which the feet and legs undergo as we walk, run or perform other activities. Understanding biomechanics and gait deviations allows a Podiatrist to design footwear and orthotics which can offer pain relief and protect against countless issues which the feet usually experience.
