Our doctors put in approximately 10 years in learning, the first four years in undergrad studies to attain a Bachelors Degree, and the second four years in Medical School to have a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School corresponds to conventional medical school and in fact a number of podiatry programmes lie inside these institutions. Upon achieving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute perform a hospital "internship" or residency for another one to three years.

At the completion of the internship or post degree residency, our Podiatric physicians have obtained comprehensive medical training with a focus on difficulties pertaining to the feet and ankles.
