Foot Institute Doctors spend about a decade in higher education, the first four years in undergraduate studies to obtain a Bachelors Degree, and the second four years in Medical School to secure a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to standard medical school and in fact a number of podiatry training programs are located inside these academic institutions. After attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for another one to three years.

At the fulfillment of the internship or residency, our Podiatric physicians have obtained wide-ranging health care instruction with an importance on difficulties regarding the feet and ankles. They are educated to address conditions varying from conventional ailments for example, fungal and ingrown toenails, to those which are more complicated for example, clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
