Our doctors put in approximately 10 years in education, the first four years in undergrad studies to receive a Bachelors Degree, and the second 4 years in Medical School to receive a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School resembles general medical school and as a matter of fact several podiatry training programs are located within these schools. After receiving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute undertake a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 to 3 years.

At the completion of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have acquired extensive medical training with an emphasis on concerns pertaining to the feet and ankles. Foot Institute Doctors are studied to manage problems ranging from simple ailments like ingrown and fungal toenails, to those which are a lot more sophisticated like clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
