Foot Institute Doctors devote an average of ten years in higher education, the first four years in undergraduate studies to secure a Bachelors Degree, and the 2nd 4 years in Medical School to have a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to usual medical school and in reality several podiatry programs lie inside these academic institutions. After receiving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional one to three years.

At the completion of the internship or post degree residency, our Doctors have gained comprehensive health care training with a stress on problems involving the feet and ankles.
