Our podiatrists spend about ten years in education, the first four years in undergraduate studies to receive a Bachelors Degree, and the following 4 years in Medical School to acquire a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to typical medical school and several podiatry programs lie within these academic institutions. Upon acquiring a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 to 3 years.

At the completion of the internship or post degree residency, our Podiatrists have gained encompassing medical training with an attention to on problems involving the ankles and feet.
