At the conclusion of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have received significant health care training with a stress on issues concerning the feet and ankles. They are trained to treat problems extending from familiar problems such as fungal and ingrown toenails, to those which are more complicated including clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot. Doctors at The Foot Institute have comprehensive surgical instruction which give them the skill necessary to perform surgery on those conditions that are ideally remedied through surgical intervention.

Our Doctors additionally have a comprehensive expertise and understanding of biomechanics, which is the study of the forces which the legs and feet withstand as we walk, run or perform other tasks.
