Our doctors devote about 10 years in learning, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to receive a Bachelors Degree, and the following four years in Medical School to obtain a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School resembles traditional medical school and in fact several podiatry programs are contained inside these institutions. Upon getting a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute undertake a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another 1 - 3 years.

Upon the finalization of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have obtained thorough medical training with an emphasis on complications involving the feet and ankles. Foot Institute Doctors are trained to care for concerns varying from commonplace disorders for example, ingrown and fungal toenails, to those which are a lot more challenging for instance, clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot. Our physicians have significant surgical education which supply them the experience necessary to perform surgery on those problems that are ideally handled through surgical intervention.
