Our doctors devote approximately 10 years in education, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to obtain a Bachelors Degree, and the next four years in Medical School to secure a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to usual medical school and actually several podiatry training programs are located within these schools. Upon receiving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for yet another 1 to 3 years.
