Foot Institute Podiatrists devote around ten years in education, the first four years in undergrad studies to attain a Bachelors Degree, and the 2nd four years in Medical School to attain a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to usual medical school and numerous podiatry programs are contained within these schools. After attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another one to three years.

At the conclusion of the internship or residency, our Podiatric physicians have gained extensive healthcare training with a main focus on problems pertaining to the feet and ankles. Foot Institute Doctors are educated to treat conditions ranging from basic afflictions such as ingrown and fungal toenails, to those which are even more puzzling like clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
