After obtaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute perform a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional 1 - 3 years.

At the completion of the internship or post degree residency, our Foot doctors have received encompassing medical training with a focus on problems involving the feet and ankles. They are instructed to treat problems stretching from usual conditions such as ingrown and fungal toe nails, to those which are much more puzzling for instance, clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
