After procuring a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another one to three years.

Upon the completion of the internship or residency, our Podiatric physicians have received substantial healthcare instruction with a focus on concerns regarding the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are instructed to treat difficulties ranging from common afflictions for instance ingrown and fungal toenails, to those which are much more challenging including clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
