Our doctors put in approximately a decade in learning, the first four years in undergraduate studies to achieve a Bachelors Degree, and the second 4 years in Medical School to get a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to typical medical school and as a matter of fact a number of podiatry programs are contained inside these institutions. After acquiring a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute perform a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 - 3 years.

Upon the finalization of the internship or residency, our Doctors have acquired extensive healthcare instruction with an emphasis on concerns concerning the ankles and feet. Foot Institute Doctors are trained to manage difficulties stretching from usual ailments such as ingrown and fungal toenails, to those which are much more complicated for example, clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
