Our doctors devote an average of 10 years in learning, the first four years in undergraduate studies to acquire a Bachelors Degree, and the next four years in Medical School to secure a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to traditional medical school and several podiatry training programs are located inside these schools. Upon attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute undertake a hospital "internship" or residency for another one to three years.

At the finalization of the internship or residency, our Podiatric doctors have acquired encompassing health care instruction with a stress on problems concerning the feet and ankles.
