Our doctors spend an average of a decade in higher education, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to attain a Bachelors Degree, and the 2nd 4 years in Medical School to acquire a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to conventional medical school and several podiatry training programs are located within these institutions. Upon procuring a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute undertake a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional one to three years.

At the fulfillment of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have received encompassing medical training with a focus on complications regarding the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are taught to handle difficulties varying from typical ailments like fungal and ingrown toe nails, to those which are much more obscure such as clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
