Foot Institute Doctors put in an average of ten years in higher education, the first 4 years in undergrad studies to secure a Bachelors Degree, and the following four years in Medical School to obtain a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School corresponds to traditional medical school and in fact several podiatry programmes are contained within these institutions. Upon receiving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another one to three years.

Upon the finalization of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have acquired extensive healthcare instruction with an importance on difficulties concerning the feet and ankles. They are instructed to treat problems ranging from commonplace problems such as ingrown and fungal toenails, to those which are more intricate including clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
