Foot Institute Doctors spend approximately a decade in learning, the first four years in undergrad studies to get a Bachelors Degree, and the following 4 years in Medical School to secure a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to conventional medical school and in fact several podiatry programmes are located within these schools. After securing a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional 1 to 3 years.

Upon the fulfillment of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have gained thorough medical instruction with a focus on concerns concerning the ankles and feet. They are qualified to treat difficulties stretching from conventional problems like ingrown and fungal toe nails, to those which are more sophisticated including clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
