Our podiatrists spend approximately a decade in learning, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to obtain a Bachelors Degree, and the following four years in Medical School to secure a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to typical medical school and in fact several podiatry programmes are contained inside these institutions. After achieving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for yet another 1 to 3 years.
