Our doctors invest an average of a decade in education, the first four years in undergrad studies to obtain a Bachelors Degree, and the next four years in Medical School to attain a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to conventional medical school and in reality several podiatry programs are contained within these academic institutions. Upon achieving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute undertake a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 - 3 years.

At the fulfillment of the internship or post degree residency, our Podiatrists have acquired extensive health care education with a stress on problems pertaining to the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are instructed to address complications extending from general afflictions for instance, fungal and ingrown toe nails, to those which are more complicated for instance, clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
