Our podiatrists devote an average of a decade in education, the first four years in undergraduate studies to attain a Bachelors Degree, and the second 4 years in Medical School to have a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School corresponds to usual medical school and in reality several podiatry programmes are located within these schools. After securing a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional one to three years.
