Foot Institute Podiatrists put in approximately ten years in education, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to obtain a Bachelors Degree, and the next four years in Medical School to secure a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to standard medical school and in reality several podiatry programs are contained inside these institutions. After receiving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another 1 to 3 years.

At the completion of the internship or residency, our Doctors have acquired extensive medical education with an emphasis on problems concerning the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are trained to address concerns ranging from regular problems for instance ingrown and fungal toe nails, to those which are a lot more complex for example, clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
