Our doctors invest approximately 10 years in higher education, the first four years in undergraduate studies to obtain a Bachelors Degree, and the second four years in Medical School to obtain a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to standard medical school and in reality numerous podiatry training programs are contained inside these institutions. After receiving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional one to three years.

At the completion of the internship or post degree residency, our Foot doctors have gained encompassing medical training with a concentration on conditions involving the ankles and feet.
