They put in an average of a decade in higher education, the first 4 years in undergrad studies to attain a Bachelors Degree, and the second 4 years in Medical School to receive a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School resembles typical medical school and in fact various podiatry training programs lie within these schools. After attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 to 3 years.

Upon the completion of the internship or post degree residency, our Podiatrists have gained extensive health care instruction with an emphasis on difficulties concerning the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are qualified to treat problems varying from regular ailments for example, ingrown and fungal toenails, to those which are far more perplexing for example clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
