They devote approximately a decade in learning, the first 4 years in undergrad studies to attain a Bachelors Degree, and the 2nd four years in Medical School to secure a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School corresponds to usual medical school and in fact quite a number podiatry programmes are contained within these schools. Upon procuring a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another one to three years.

At the completion of the internship or residency, our Doctors have gained substantial health care training with a concentration on difficulties involving the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are trained to deal with complications stretching from regular ailments such as fungal and ingrown toe nails, to those which are more perplexing such as clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
