Our podiatrists devote about a decade in higher education, the first four years in undergrad studies to attain a Bachelors Degree, and the 2nd four years in Medical School to receive a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School corresponds to traditional medical school and in fact many podiatry training programs lie within these schools. After acquiring a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another 1 to 3 years.
Upon the completion of the internship or post degree residency, our Podiatric doctors have received comprehensive health care training with an importance on concerns pertaining to the feet and ankles.
