Upon receiving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute carry out a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another 1 to 3 years.

At the fulfillment of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have received encompassing health care training with a concentration on problems involving the ankles and feet. They are taught to manage conditions varying from simple conditions such as ingrown and fungal toe nails, to those which are a lot more sophisticated such as clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
