Our doctors devote approximately 10 years in learning, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to obtain a Bachelors Degree, and the second four years in Medical School to receive a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to conventional medical school and in reality many podiatry programmes are located inside these institutions. After securing a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for an additional 1 to 3 years.

Upon the fulfillment of the internship or post degree residency, our Podiatric doctors have received extensive medical training with a stress on issues involving the ankles and feet.
