Foot Institute Doctors put in an average of 10 years in education, the first four years in undergraduate studies to secure a Bachelors Degree, and the 2nd 4 years in Medical School to receive a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School corresponds to traditional medical school and actually several podiatry training programs are located within these academic institutions. After acquiring a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 to 3 years.

At the fulfillment of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have acquired significant medical education with an emphasis on difficulties involving the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are educated to handle complications ranging from basic ailments for instance, fungal and ingrown toenails, to those which are even more intricate for example clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
