Podiatric Medical School is similar to standard medical school and in point of fact several podiatry programmes are located within these schools. After attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 - 3 years.

At the completion of the internship or post degree residency, our Doctors have acquired significant health care instruction with a stress on problems pertaining to the feet and ankles. Foot Institute Doctors are skilled to manage issues varying from basic problems such as ingrown and fungal toe nails, to those which are far more obscure for example clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
