They devote about ten years in education, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to secure a Bachelors Degree, and the second 4 years in Medical School to secure a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School resembles regular medical school and in point of fact several podiatry programs are located within these institutions. After attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for an additional one to three years.

At the fulfillment of the internship or post degree residency, our Podiatric doctors have obtained substantial health care training with a concentration on conditions regarding the ankles and feet.
