Our podiatrists spend approximately 10 years in education, the first 4 years in undergrad studies to obtain a Bachelors Degree, and the second four years in Medical School to attain a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to usual medical school and in fact various podiatry programs lie inside these academic institutions. After achieving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute carry out a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional one to three years.

At the completion of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have acquired extensive health care education with an attention to on concerns involving the ankles and feet.
