Our doctors spend approximately 10 years in higher education, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to receive a Bachelors Degree, and the 2nd 4 years in Medical School to acquire a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School resembles traditional medical school and in fact several podiatry programs are located inside these schools. After getting a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute undertake a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another 1 to 3 years.

At the fulfillment of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have gained substantial medical instruction with a focus on difficulties concerning the ankles and feet.
