Our podiatrists devote around ten years in higher education, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to achieve a Bachelors Degree, and the second 4 years in Medical School to obtain a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to traditional medical school and in fact several podiatry training programs are located within these institutions. After obtaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute carry out a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional one to three years.

At the fulfillment of the internship or post degree residency, our Podiatrists have acquired substantial health care instruction with an emphasis on difficulties regarding the feet and ankles.
