Our doctors put in about 10 years in education, the first four years in undergraduate studies to attain a Bachelors Degree, and the next four years in Medical School to obtain a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School corresponds to traditional medical school and in point of fact several podiatry programmes lie inside these institutions. Upon attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another one to three years.

At the finalization of the internship or residency, our Foot doctors have acquired extensive health care training with a main focus on issues involving the feet and ankles.
