Podiatric Medical School is similar to conventional medical school and in fact several podiatry programmes are located within these academic institutions. After securing a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for another one to three years.

At the conclusion of the internship or residency, our Podiatric physicians have received extensive medical instruction with a stress on difficulties pertaining to the feet and ankles. Our Doctors are trained to treat conditions stretching from common ailments for example, fungal and ingrown toe nails, to those which are much more complex for example clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
