Our doctors put in an average of 10 years in learning, the first 4 years in undergrad studies to obtain a Bachelors Degree, and the next 4 years in Medical School to receive a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to regular medical school and in fact several podiatry programmes are located inside these schools. Upon receiving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or residency for yet another one to three years.

At the completion of the internship or post degree residency, our Podiatrists have acquired thorough health care instruction with an attention to on problems involving the ankles and feet. They are instructed to treat complications extending from familiar ailments such as ingrown and fungal toe nails, to those which are more perplexing including clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
