Foot Institute Doctors devote an average of 10 years in education, the first 4 years in undergrad studies to acquire a Bachelors Degree, and the second 4 years in Medical School to obtain a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to conventional medical school and in fact several podiatry programmes are located within these institutions. After obtaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 to 3 years.

At the finalization of the internship or residency, our Podiatric physicians have obtained extensive healthcare instruction with a stress on difficulties regarding the feet and ankles. Our Doctors are instructed to deal with conditions varying from conventional problems like ingrown and fungal toe nails, to those which are far more intricate for example clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
