Podiatric Medical School is similar to typical medical school and in point of fact many podiatry programmes are located inside these academic institutions. Upon the fulfillment of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have received encompassing healthcare training with a concentration on conditions pertaining to the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are trained to treat difficulties stretching from normal afflictions for example, ingrown and fungal toe nails, to those which are even more obscure like clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot. Doctors at the Foot Institute have thorough surgical training which furnish them the expertise needed to perform surgery on those concerns that are ideally remedied through surgical intervention.

Foot Institute Doctors furthermore have a thorough practical knowledge and understanding of biomechanics, which is the study of the forces which the legs and feet submit to as we walk, run or carry out other activities.
