Podiatric Medical School corresponds to conventional medical school and in fact a number of podiatry training programs lie within these schools. After achieving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another 1 - 3 years.
