After securing a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute undertake a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for yet another one to three years.

At the conclusion of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have received extensive medical education with a concentration on problems involving the feet and ankles. Our Doctors are taught to treat concerns varying from usual problems such as ingrown and fungal toe nails, to those which are a lot more challenging including clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot. Our Doctors have comprehensive surgical education which provide them the prior experience needed to carry out surgery on those troubles that are best handled through surgical intervention.
